Description of Projects at DHS

Air Domain Awareness Gap Analysis (for DHS HQ , Ops Coordination Branch plus the following components—CBP, CNE, DNDO, FEMA, I&A, ICE, NPPD, S&T, TSA, USCG, and USSS)

Provided a cross-component analysis and management approach that resulted in a consensus view of the top Air Domain priorities and solutions across three capability areas. In resource constrained environments where every program and new initiative is likely to be scrutinized, the methods presented via this engagement demonstrated the analytic rigor to aid decision makers and resource providers in supporting their business cases and making data driven determinations.

Maritime Domain Awareness Gap Analysis (for the USCG via the DoD Joint Staff)

Provided an interagency (23 organizations) information sharing environment for creating a National Investment Strategy, a Non-Classified intelligence sharing enclave, and a National Executive Agent functionality. The system and services provided by Organizational Performance Systems accelerated analysis and enabled the participants to set strategic objectives, identify and prioritize required resources, investments, and other requirements. This information platform provided oversight of highly-linked initiatives associated with improvements in human capital, culture, governance, policy, technology; investment recommendations, risks, and resource allocation; a common approach to metrics management; and enhanced decision speed and quality.
