The Office of Naval Research (ONR) has announced its intent to contract with Proofpoint Systems to identify preliminary requirements for modeling and simulation systems. The research is expected to support ONR's development of consistent methods for developing, deploying, and evaluating the effectiveness of future simulation systems.
